Council Election & Business Meeting
Online Zoom meetingA short business meeting will be held on December 13, 2020 at 12:30pm after our English Service, we will vote on the names put forward as candidates to serve on Church Council and other business items.
Items discussed and voted on will include
a. Waive 10 week waiting period for Council election
b. Vote Marlyse Poon for service on council
c. Vote Kay Liang for service on Council
d. Motion to approve $20,000 Loan (Motion is pending eligibility details)
e. Motion to reverse decision to pay back $30,000 Loan Dec 31, 2020 (in light of the opportunity to take on the $20,000 loan)
f. Motion that loan money ($30,000 + $10,000) cannot be used until approved by congregation
