On September 26 at 12:30pm, we will hold an annual general meeting to elect two members to form the nomination committee to seek out suitable candidates for the next year council board. We will also vote to approve Emmeline Thang as the new treasurer for the remaining year.
We encourage all members to attend!
After 11 years of dedicated service at Mountainview Grace Church, Pastor Laurence and Leona Hiebert will be going on their next journey where God is calling them. We have been so blessed to have them with us and are truly thankful for their love and care throughout the years.
May God continue to bless them on their new calling.

Save the date for our church anniversary event on November 8th at 12:30pm! It will take place over Zoom. Come 'get together' for a fun time of relationship-building.
A congregational meeting for church members has been called for September 13, 2020 at 12:30pm by the MVGC Council for the following purposes:
- To provide an update to congregation members regarding MVGC financial situation from Jan 1, 2020 to the present day.
- A government incentive has been made available for business and non-profit organizations in which a $40,000 loan can be taken from the government which does not need to be repaid until Dec 31, 2022 (interest free until after Dec 31, 2022).
On June 14 at 10:40am, there will be a short business meeting via Zoom for all church members to vote on the candidacy of Paul Mao who is seeking to fill the role of our Chinese pastor. Please plan to attend.
Camp Evergreen, our ABMB camp, has started a new web series called Evergreen @ Home to help spend your extra free time in creativity. Each week they will be uploading new videos with challenges, crafts, tutorials and more about Camp Evergreen.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending all Worship Services at Mountainview Grace Church and other formal meetings until further notice.
